Hi guys,

I want to start learning ADA, but I'm not sure where to start. What should I
read first?
Is there any good free software (for Windows Linux) you suggested, any
really good tutorials, books etc.
I know there are a lot resources about ADA (I'm using Google all the time :)
but unfortunately I do not have enough knowledge to judge what's good and
what isn't.
Please help.

Thanks in advance
Damian

Welcome!

Get hold of the RM (from adaic.org) and Barnes'es textbook and/or
Rationale.

Get hold of the free compiler GNAT from AdaCore.

Good websites include adaic.org, libre2.adacore.com, adapower.com,
adaworld.com, adahome.com (historical).

You could try Ada distilled by Richard Riehle:

If you can find a library, check a few books, and see whether you
can work with one or two of them. As you know, not every book suits
every reader. A smaller amount of Ada books is available online,
likely linked on the pages mentioned so far.
