The RTI Executive process no longer accepts input to interrogate
or control the federation executions.  Instead a separate RTI
Console application provides this functionality.  The RTI Console
was designed to improve usability and add the ability to be run
at multiple locations.  Please consult the RTI Installation Guide
for further information concerning the RTI Console application.

Unable to resolve the NamingService.  The NamingService
is normally instantiated by the rtiexec application.
  Please check that one and only one rtiexec is
    running with a unique value for the -endpoint or
    -multicastDiscoveryEndpoint option.
  Please check that the user value specified for
    Endpoint or Discovery when starting rtiexec agrees
    with the values specified in the RID in the RtiExecutive section.
