AdaCore doesn't package public versions of GNAT anymore but newer
versions are available as part of GCC. For Microsoft Windows, a
precompiled version of GNAT based on GCC 3.4.4 is available as part of
MinGW 4.1.0 (see http://www.mingw.org/download.shtml).
