No, but it is worth noting that this manual is reprinted, in full, by
many Ada compiler vendors.  It has also been reprinted by Springer,
and at least one of the Ada textbooks on the market includes a complete
reprint of this manual.

via anon ftp.

The LRM can be found at ajpo.sei.cmu.edu in directory public/lrm.  It is
in a compressed tar format.

You can ftp this from ajpo.sei.cmu.edu, in the public directory.
Also the Rationale and all the Ada9x reports. And the SPC Style Guide.
