ANNOUNCE: GDBM port to NT and Ada binding.

I have ported GDBM to NT and built a thin and thick Ada binding
to it. The binding should works fine under UNIX but this is not
tested. See:

Presentation
------------

In this package you'll find a port to NT of GDBM 1.8.0, the GNU data base 
manager, by Philip A. Nelson.

There is also a thin Ada binding to GDBM. A thick binding to GDBM named
AGDBM
is also provided with the same spec than ADBM (A light Ada implementation
of a
data base manager). AGDBM interface is close to the standard Direct_IO
package.

This is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty
of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Installation
------------

To install this package to use with GNAT just place libgdbm.a under
/gnat/lib 
(/gnat must be replaced by the root directory where GNAT has been
installed).

Then copy gdbm.ads and agdbm.ad[sb] to your Ada components directory if you

have one.

I have included gdbm.h just in case you want to use GDBM from C.
