We had Meridian's Ada compiler for a long time, and it came packaged with
AdaForm. However, I'm sure that the formatter was not dependant upon the
Meridian environment. It was an ok product whcih had a decent selection of
switches that could be used to control indentation, capitalization, etc.
Maybe Meridian (or Alsys or Thomson) has it available as standalone.
