ACVC 2.0 should be available from an AVO if you wish to sign a validation
agreement and rumor has it you can FTP it from somewhere on
sw-eng@falls-church.va.us.

ACVC 2.0 is publicly available via anonymous ftp to
sw-eng.falls-church.va.us in the "public/AdaIC/testing/acvc/95acvc"
directory.
