We have current opening for the following contract
position. Agencies are welcome. This position is located in
Rockville Maryland. The length of the project is for a year
+. If you are interested, submit rate/salary requirement
and respond to the following questions:

Skill set required:
	At a minimum, the individual shall have the
following skill/experience level:
software language: strong working knowledge and experience
with Ada development along with a working knowledge of C
Development in UNIX environment, preferably in IBM’s
RS/6000 AIX and/or Sun’s SOLARIS.

TSG, Inc. BONUS STRUCTURE
Permanent Placement Referral	A $500 bonus will be paid
to the sponsor of a full time placement candidate. This fee
will be paid within 60 days of placement.

Subcontractor Referral	A fee of up to $250 will be paid to
the sponsor of any consultant actually placed (if such
placement occurs within 6 months. of the referral).

Contract Referral	A fee of minimum 5% and up to 25%
for the first six month of the net profit will be paid for
any contract business sold, which was based upon your
direct referral.


Additional Personnel	If, as a result of your outstanding
work contribution on a job, results in the addition of
personnel to that project, then a bonus will be paid of
$1/hr for each hour worked by those personnel. This bonus
will not apply to any job for which you may already be
receiving a fee for a “Contract Referral” (see above).

Project Manager	In certain cases, Technology Solution
Group, Inc. may appoint a “Project Leader” to an account
which has multiple personnel working on it, for the
purposes of collecting time sheets, status reports, and
other administration functions. This appointment will
result in the payment of a bonus, which will be established
at the time of appointment.
