Subject: DJGPP V2.0 - The 32-bit C++ compiler for MSDOS-compatible machines!

Greetings,

Let's rock! Ok, for those of you developing with GNAT-95 for MSDOS -
DJGPP V2.0 was out the door on Feb. 1996. For those of you who like
to reference pointers hit:

http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/v2 (DJGPP V2.0 Home page)
http://dictator.nt.tuwein.ac.at/ezgcc (an easier, scaled down version
of DJGCC V1.14 (Home page))

You can find the program also on wuarchive.wustl.edu or ftp.coast.net
in simtel/simtel/vendors/djgpp.html.

Ada Core Technologies and AdaIC run the show as far as Ada95 is
concerned - so make sure they update their web pages on finding GNAT
V3.03 (ftp://cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat) or DJGPP V2.0. DJGPP's home page
contains online documentation, FAQs, and other information you will
need to use it.

By the way, GCC (the GNU C++ compiler) is at V2.7.2 and its library is also
at V2.7.2. I think DJGPP only integrated GCC V2.6.3 to check the diffs to
see the changes between the two versions. Good luck on your future
MSDOS GNAT-95 development!

P.S. G++ V2.5.0 (retired) was integrated into GCC V2.7.2 (latest version).
Thomson Ada95 compiler is the best commercial compiler for Windows NT.
GNAT-95 is the best "free" compiler on the net.
Adatutr V1.11 is the best "free" tutorial. (its on AOL)
Stop pointing fingers at DoD, and just read the pages on AdaIC.
