ssprep is a (project) template tool that as input
takes:
  * Directory tree(s) or file(s) identified with a logical name(s).
  * A set of defines (from command line, or files).
And produces:
  A coresponding structure with names replaced in acordance with the 
symbols.
  separet scripts could also be executed as part of the translation.
