I wasn't suggesting to delete them, I want it to move them just incase there's an important false positive, but wasn't entirely sure how the junkmail filter worked - if it deleted, flagged or moved them. After reading up a bit, it flags them which is good! Like you say it would be better if it applied the spam filter prior to applying rules, and this is my only quibble with it - it's picking up junk already and being trained on the rest!
