Many of us Non-Native-Englishmen are excellent listeners in English, the pronunciation may asks for attention before you get used ;-) Outsourcing requires a level of understanding also from the outsourcer, especially if you want to make some minor enhancements in the acquired product inhouse. By ordering the software as Ada software you don't loose all the demand for Ada expert knowledge at home. Anders
