The old Rational Environment looked like this, to the user. I'm not sure if it was even possible to write eg Text_IO! I'm not familiar with APEX, perhaps it works similarly? Of course, any help is welcome (eg, emacs ada-mode). But I strongly agree with the person who wrote that the programmer who cares enough to get the surface details right is likely to care about the deeper aspects too.
