You wrote about certain capacity, that is static.

Same here, the contract that Push does not raise if n < N is static.
Otherwise the reader of the contract could not understand it. Whatever
predicate about a type as whole you must be either true or false for all
instances of that type.

E.g. for sqrt=2.0, X in Float and X=4.0, etc.
