1. Are there any published "Schaum's Outline"-type workbooks for Ada/C++ out 
    there?

    I think I saw one for Pascal once.  I would think that something like this 
    would go over very well.  

2. What about commercial PC-based CBT (Computer-Based Training) for Ada and 
    C++?
