I would understand you better if you reserved "wrong" to point out factual mistakes. Anyway, I agree that you shouldn't always turn block statements into procedures. My main complaint about block statements is that they're verbose: they introduce three extra lines of code which don't impart any useful information to the reader of the code. Why can't I just declare a local variable in any statement list? And they introduce an extra (bogus) level of indentation. - Bob -- Change robert to bob to get my real email address. Sorry.
