To be more precise, it occurs with binutils 2.10 and later. ACT apparently builds GNAT with binutils 2.9.1 (that's what's in their source tree), and so does not get the warning. I know this because I'm using binutils 2.10 on a couple systems :). So I would say "If you are using GNAT with binutils other than 2.9.1, you are on untested territory". -- -- Stephe
