This is a trivial issue. The difficult is agreeing on the semantics, on
whether the construct itself, as a syntactic convenience, is worth the
trouble. Myself I think it is, or it would encourage the exploration of
parallel program development. 

As for the keyword, "parallel" or "concurrent" would work for me.
