Well, the GNAT Cygwin port is recent and does not support tasking AFAIK. The MingW compiler should be more stable. That's just not true. GNAT 3.15p is certainly stable. On UNIX platforms the GNAT compiler which comes with GCC 3.4 is working fine AFAIK. And the MingW (Windows) port of this compiler should be in good shape.
