We learned years ago that your odds of getting paid for support agreements is much better if you send a box (usually nearly empty except for a letter) to the official receiving address with the purchase order number on it. Some companies don't need it (and then it is harmless), but others refuse to pay until a box is received -- so sending them one makes their accountants happy. Randy Brukardt R.R. Software, Inc.
