No, I am a strong believer in strong static typing and I have no interest in abandoning it. C/C++ failures are clear, pretty much because they can easily have "no typing" and low level memory corruption. No, my point was merely the observation that strong dynamically typed systems like Lisp don't seem to fail that badly, due to the robustness of the VM, most likely, and the flexibilities they are allow to bring to bear.
