Try to see if you escape the \ like this

with "..\\..\\..\\..\\GNAT\\2021\\share\\gpr\\gnatcoll.gpr";

or

with "../../../../GNAT/2021/share/gpr/gnatcoll.gpr";

and see if this fixes it
