The code in question went between VMS (VAX&Alpha), Sparc Solaris, Sparc SunOS, HP-UX, Intel Win/NT and across three different compilers. One was about 60K lines with lots of generics and tasks. Another was around 200K lines with lots of (goofy use) of generics.
