There have been talks of a Qt binding to Ada, one was start but never finished and not enough done to be usable. So as of today there is no Qt Binding. I searched for Ada bindings and that came up so I just assumed there was one, I didn't visit it as I had no need for Qt at the time but it was a message about the Qt binding that was started.
