If you are saying that C++ has a flat namespace, I think you are wrong. C++ "namespaces" provide at least one layer below global, and I think they can be nested. (One of these days I need to buy a new C++ reference; mine is only Stroustrup's second edition, which doesn't have namespaces :). -- -- Stephe
