I need help. I want to create a CD that I can hand to an individual that
will automatically play when they insert it. It will ask for the password,
show a splash screen, show a disclaimer then come to the Cover/Index page.
The rest of the program is simply links from this page.

If you are interested, first you need to have a DSL/Cable connection or
better and must be able to communicate via Internet telephony or Instant
Messenger.
