Espcialyy for those of us with family and personal interests (music, in my case), we need to live were the world in compatible with our lives. However, some of that comes with our profession as well. Here in Silly Valley, it's a cookie jar for C++/Java folks (it ain't so bad for Ada people either, truth be told). I doubt I'd have nearly as much success in Minot North Dakota.
