Unfortunately they cannot be used otherwise than for producing executables. Libraries (ali files) will be incompatible with Windows GNAT GPL 2014. E.g. you could find GTK 3.14 for minGW Fedora, instead of 3.8 from GNAT GPL 2014, or the latest officially released GTK 3.6. But you won't be able to use it, most likely. -- Regards, Dmitry A.
