Which would be a breach of the Geneva convetion. However I don't think Saddam cares so he will keep his forces inside the towns which will lead to a lot of civilans killed. Either by lack of pure water (due to long time siege) or from cross-fire/bombings or chemical weapons. I just hope it will be as few as possible although I'm highly pessimistic. Preben
