See how the proposal for a SPARK newsgroup was treated. As for GNAT: there are email lists, and for advocay there is the Team Ada email list. Using a less flaky news server than usual, I saw today that there is a fairly new newsgroup news:alt.comp.lang.ada which does not seem to have had any posts yet. Its description was similar to a lot of other alt.comp.lang.* newsgroups launched at the same time. Why does it exist?
