I'm usually a bit weary about the links with ?... as they tend to be
broken or the layout of the site has changed to f.ex: ?language=Ada
etc...

This looks ok.

What if you add Overview.php to DirectoryIndex in the apache config.
Then one only need http://crystalcode.com/codemage/MainMenu/Coding/Ada/
