I don't know John English's book either that is why I didn't mention it :-) But I have also heard other recommend it. There are to my knowledge no Learn/Teach yourself Ada in X min/day/weeks nor Ada for Dummies. O'Reilly does not have any Ada books which a bit of a pity though.
