You may download it from: http://www.skinner.demon.co.uk/aidan/programming/libra/download.html Libra is a general library for the Ada '95 programming language. It currently contains the following data structures: single linked lists double linked lists queues dequeues stacks binary search trees AVL binary search tress Libra provides some cryptographic ciphers thanks to Micheal Roe, namely: CAST RC6 MARS Rijndael Safer Plus Twofish There is also an implementation of the SHA-1 hashing algorithim. In Libra.Strings there lives a package called extraction, which aims to implement string extraction into arrays of unbounded strings in a similar way to perl. It's very new though. Finally Libra implements thin bindings for NNTP and SMTP clients. It is hoped that the range of data structures will shortly increase, as will the range of cryptographic algorithims available. The main focus of Libra, however, is networking and that is where you should expect to see the greatest activity. Libra 0.1.3 is hoped to be out by the middle of December, but may well slip. Please note that Libra is still in development, and may well be unstable, and might crash, explode or burst into a chorus of Monty Pythons "Eric The Half A Bee" without warning. Finally, Libra may be moving to a new server which will hopefully provide mailing lists and a CVS server, news on this will follow. - Aidan -- "I say we just bury him and eat dessert" http://www.skinner.demon.co.uk/aidan/ OpenPGP Key Fingerprint: 9858 33E6 C755 7D34 B5C5 316D 9274 1343 FBE6 99D9
