When doing soft software development, when I encounter a problem with one of the development tools I generate a minimal subset of the system that reproduces the problem. Sometimes I find that the problem is not in fact with the tool, but with an error on my part. Once I do generate a small example that reproduces the problem, I report the problem to the tool vendor. Is this is the type of support you're talking about, I can't understand more than $1K per developer seat for the system. On the other hand, if you're getting calls about "How do I use a protected type" then I understand the problem. SteveD
