I definitely agree with "paid." The rest is easy who pays, how and for
what. (:-))

So, basically it reads as follows: because our economical system cannot
handle it, we should turn to education, propaganda, religion to convince
people to share. I.e. a charity-driven developing rather than
welfare-driven one. Is it better?

That would be a MP. A "priest" reports only to God or His personal
representative, the Dow Jones Industrial Average... (:-))
