Sure. The assumption was that they wished Ada in first place.

The point is that for a project aimed at 1-5 installations 30 EUR board
should be no problem. Well-supported hardware, OS, a mature Ada compiler
are other advantages. Aren't they 30 EUR worth?

Computing industry lives from fictions. Google may develop a web browser
and give it for free. There is no such thing as a functioning software
market. This allows odd things to happen. Some are profiting from that,
most are paying.
