Any language that has been around for 40+ years and 5 major revisions is going to have a few ideas that were not worth the effort. Dynamic accessibility checks seem to be in that category. (So far as is known, no compiler correctly implements them for Ada 2005/2012, and that hasn't exactly led to an outcry.) Randy.
