The Blackhole policy would ensure that 90% of the code delivered to customers hardly ever executes, so it couldn't possibly have cause bugs. ;-) ;-) Moreover, since a clueless implementer took the terminology literally, they had sucked their entire development group and all of their beta testers into a blackhole. One careful look at the AI would show that wasn't exactly the intent. But it definitely ensures that far fewer bugs get to customers. :-) Randy.
