Ada 83 + User-defined finalization for record types + Support for passive tasks + Support for integers with unsigned representations + A decent standard library would be good. Nice to have would include + Relaxed declaration order + Object.Operation syntax for record types + Hierarchical namespace and probably some other things not springing to mind ATM.
