1. No matter if the entire library was already compiled, some Ada files are 
re-compiled every time I type "make". This is an error.

Please help to eliminate this error.

2. .ali files are created in both lib/ and in obj-dynamic/ dirs. This seems 
redundant.

It was configured as follows:

./configure --enable-debug --enable-maintainer-mode \
  --with-gprbuild="gprbuild -j8" --prefix=/usr/local/stow/xml-boiler

Please help to solve these two problems.
