Actually I always thought that Ada and UML fit better then most other languages and UML- especially packages as most languages don't have packages. Not surprising as Rational Rose was written in Ada and Garry Booch used Ada in his early days. I think (but can't prove) that UML got it package concept from Ada in the first place.
