I just quoted the rules in the RM that say specifically that it is not part of the body. You STILL deny that's true?? If you're redefining the meaning of "semantics" or "body" to suit your own world view, then it is essentially impossible to talk with you about Ada (one never knows when you're using a term in some sense other than its RM definition).
