For a very minimal one, I'll post smplsrvr.adb, which has pretty much the same functionality as the previously mentioned Java one. It does use some CLAW socket calls, and not everyone has CLAW. I'd be happy to lobby and see if the necessary parts could be included in the no-charge downloadable version of CLAW.
