Linux distributions treasure outdated versions of GCC like vine, the 
older the better.

Edit /etc/apt/sources.list and add "testing" to the list. E.g.:

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ sid testing main contrib non-free

After apt update you will see gnat-6.
