Apparently there is an Ada compiler for the HC11, and you can get a SPARK toolchain for any embedded controller. If I were given the choice to code in SPARK and doing my debugging during compilation, or spending lots of time with in-circut emulators I wouldn't have to think about the choice at all. Sorry you see the picture differently. -- Robert I. Eachus "The terrorist enemy holds no territory, defends no population, is unconstrained by rules of warfare, and respects no law of morality. Such an enemy cannot be deterred, contained, appeased or negotiated with. It can only be destroyed--and that, ladies and gentlemen, is the business at hand." -- Dick Cheney
