"stack is a project of the Commercial Haskell group, spearheaded by FP Complete.

In other words, the initial version of stack was created by developers who were
paid for their effort. While I have no problem with the idea, I doubt if any Ada
company is going to be able to fund such a project. We could perhaps just modify
stack for our purposes, but I doubt if we have enough Haskell expertise for
that. Many of us are willing to contribute, but without funding or an existing
system to adapt it seems unlikely to happen.
