And quite often in software that IS (supposedly) prepared to deal with them. :-) It periodically happens that we find something in our compiler or toolset that mishandles some unusual file name, even after years of fixing such problems. I suspect it's more common in Unix/Posix/Linux software where such spaces are less common than on Windows. Randy.
