Indeed there is.  You'll need a development shell from Tenon (either
CodeBuilder or Machten) and the Ada compiler called GNAT.

I use GNAT 3.10p regularly on my 250MHz PowerMac.

Actually, I just ordered RedHat Linux for the PPC, and would like to
install GNAT on that.
