Missing some spots was probably a bug (like the blank lines instead of no lines). FWIW personally I think that clearly pure GPL makes much more sense than GMGPL for any business distributing (open source) libraries, as GMGPL simply is not good enough for dual licensing. I'm aware of the ickiness of GPL for software developers (it's entirely user-biased as noted here before), and so every now and then I call attention to progressive licensing (softdevelcoop.org) as an open source alternative better balancing the rights of users and developers.
