The case sensitivity of XML has caused me to waste very large amounts of time. Bill Gates' one major contribution to software engineering was that he made DOS case insensitive. I believe that one of the major problems with the POSIX family of operating systems is case sensitivity. Case sensitivity is definitely a significant contributor to user hostility. Bob Leif
